Lennin Frank Quiso Córdova was appointed as the new Executive Director of the National Telecommunications Program by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, replacing Sarita Vílchez Castellanos, who on April 5 resigned from the Executive Directorate of Pronatel after it was revealed that she was pressuring her finance area to expedite payments to private companies that had not finished documenting their results.
