The first cleaning of the intervened Enacom went straight to the ANRs

The focus was on the Non-Reimbursable Contributions not yet executed and also on the decisions of the last Enacom board meeting under the previous administration, which resulted in the approval of more than 350 files.

One of the initial actions of the regulator following the start of the intervention process - at the end of January 2024 - was "an orderly and comprehensive investigation," as explained by the interveners in Resolution 6/2024, published on March 26. The projects benefited by the Universal Service Trust Fund (FFSU) and the Contestable Fund for Audiovisual Media (FOMECA), along with the status of the Non-Reimbursable Contributions (ANRs), were the subject of this analysis.
