The CMB-LV Digital Infra I investment fund, managed by CMB Prime Administrator General de Fondos SA, acquired all the shares of Laser II SpA, the company that owns the fiber optic network in the municipalities of Calama, Concón, La Reina, Las Condes, Lo Barnechea, Providencia, Santiago and Vitacura, owned by InfraCo SPA and Entel.
