US Supreme Court heads towards ruling against TikTok

Friday's hearing made clear that the Supreme Court judges are leaning more towards national security concerns and rejecting the idea that banning Chinese app infringes freedom of expression.

The United States Supreme Court would lean towards ratifying the law that forces the Chinese company ByteDance to sell its TikTok platform in the United States before January 19 or be subject to a ban.
