Arsat applies AIOps in its Data Center NOC

It integrated Red Hat's OpenShift AI, as well as composable architectures and models such as Granite 3.0. The goal is to be able to address key challenges in its daily operation, with improved response times, resource management and data privacy.

The Network Operations Center (NOC) of Arsat's data center manages about 1,200 projects, with 85% of clients from state areas. Mariano Greco, president of the Argentine state-owned company, presented during the first "AI Week", in December 2024, the work implemented to automate the NOC, characterized by the multiplicity of clients, with particular architectures and critical systems.
