Telefónica achieved all its financial objectives in 2024 and faces a "strategic review" of its businesses

Revenues for the year totalled €41.315 billion, up 1.6% compared to 2023. Marc Murtra, the operator's new CEO, said that this year they are aiming for cash flow growth and achieving regulatory changes in Europe that will allow concentration and strategic autonomy with respect to other blocks or regions in the world.

Telefónica assured that in 2024 it achieved “all” its financial objectives and that it has now entered a stage of “strategic review” based on two axes: cash flow growth and the boost of changes in the rules of the game in Europe.
