Clear progress in customer satisfaction with Brazilian telecommunications services

In the last decade, almost all services have improved their levels of provision, which has increased the quality perceived by suscribers, according to a study conducted by Anatel.

Over the last decade, the Brazilian telecommunications market has not only seen significant progress in the development of its networks and the modernization of the technologies used, but also in the ultimate outcome of any market: consumer satisfaction with the service offered.
