AFP and other creditors of Telefónica’s US$465.7 million debt have filed a constitutional protection lawsuit (amparo) against its sale to Integra Tec, which has been accepted by the Judiciary. Among the creditors are Profuturo, AFP Integra, and Prima AFP, among others.
