The global video game market is projected to generate US$213.9 billion in 2026, up 6.1% year on year, across all platforms and regions. For communications service providers (CSPs), this reflects the strength of gaming as a mass-market consumer activity and serves as a key indicator of growing demand for mobile data networks. At the same time, rising memory and component costs are creating headwinds for hardware.
