The law that will regulate the transportation of passengers through applications, better known as the Uber Law, was approved in general by the Senate and then its articles will be analyzed in particular by the specialized commissions. This will analyze the most controversial points of this project such as the obligation that drivers have a professional driver license or not, regulate the vehicle fleet, and the employment relationship between the application companies and drivers.
