The survey “Key Contributions to the Debate on Network Fees in Latin America” aims to add empirical and theoretical evidence to support the notion that network fees “are unnecessary, ineffective, and could be harmful to the regional Internet ecosystem,” according to a statement from the Alliance for an Open Internet (AIA).
