Warner 's VOD to be named HBO Max and to have exclusive content

It will cost some US$12 (in the United States) and will have at least 10,000 hours of content. Warner will exclusively have the nine seasons of Friends, which until this year are on Netflix, and may claim in the future the exclusivity of content for its own service, said Randall Stephenson, CEO of AT&T.
