AgTech wants to leave “early adopters” stage

The landing of Latin American startups in agricultural sector aims to ensure sustainability of resources and improve efficiency of costs and processes. In the area that is already called Internet of Food, the implementation of IoT will allow a reduction of 50 million tons of food wasted globally by 2030.
