ICE reduced losses in the first quarter of the year

The ICE (Cost Rican Electricity institute) presented encouraging numbers for the same period of the previous year, since it reduced from US$ 72 million of losses in the first quarter of 2018 to US$ 21 million in the same quarter of this year. With respect to the telecommunications segment, it showed encouraging numbers in the first quarter, going from a deficit of almost US$ 12 million to a surplus of almost US$ 2 million.
