The companies Disney and Twenty-First Century Fox achieved this deadline to proceed with the disincorporation of the sports signal, a previous step so that the former can buy assets from the latter.
The measure was justified by the conditions of the coronavirus but "does not exempt" the parties from fulfilling other conditions imposed on March 11, 2019, the control body clarified. The suspension is in effect from March 19 and will last until June 19.
