Attorney General's Office: the creation of the UPAD violated the right to privacy

Julio Jurado, attorney general, assured that the creation of a Presidential Data Analysis Unit violated the right to privacy and the principle of legal reserve. The statement was delivered in the sessions where the claim against the presidential actions is analyzed. It should be remembered that the UPAD was created in silence by the presidency and operated for a year and a half without its existence being known.
