Silvia Hernández, a deputy for the National Liberation Party, appealed to the Legislative Assembly to support a law to establish an urgent reform of the Costa Rican Electricity Institute. It would prevent the deterioration of finances and give the institution greater agility to decide on the sale of idle assets.
