The satellite operator's ELO project is a multi-phase project, with a first constellation of satellites to be launched this month and the first tests of which will be in January. The first network incorporated will be that of Sigfox and they plan to add LoRa in the second half of 2021. Although the deployment will be global, they will begin operations in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia.
