Cantv Shareholders' Meeting approved payment of extra dividends at a price of US$0.31442 per share, belonging to the benefits obtained as of December 31, 2009. Payment will be made next April 15.
At the Meeting, the 2009 management was accounted for, financial results were approved as presented, representatives of C class shares were appointed on last March 23 elections and company's external auditors and main commissions were approved.
