At the General Shareholders' Meeting of the Cooperativa de Telecomunicaciones y Servicios Cochabamba (Comteco), the reports from the Managing and Surveillance boards of the 2011-2012 administration were approved. Main results include the 2011 incomes that rose to US$55.57 million and profits, to US$7.52.
Jaime de Ugarte, President of the Managing Board of Comteco, underlined the project of FTTH and digital city as one of the main initiatives of the management, that will allow increasing the broadband speed, deploying fiber optic, keeping rates and adding multimedia services.
