Vtelca launches first phone with Android

Vtelca began marketing the Android Vergatario V8200, the first mobile phone of the company with that operating system. With this launch, the company expects to "capture the Venezuelan youth segment," as reported by Akram Makarem, president of the company, who also said the device is priced at around US$390.
