Tucumán ISPs join to obtain improvements in traffic price they buy to Telecom

Arlab, Dovanet, Rf Comunicaciones and Tucumán BBS created the Cámara de Empresas de Telecomunicaciones y Afines de Tucumán (Chamber of Telecommunications and related Companies of Tucumán) to get better connection price with Telecom. "The main goal was to unite the efforts for generating business in the region and act as a unit against the incumbent", told to Convergencialatina the president of the organization and owner of one of the ISP, Augusto Parra.

The networks of these four providers are already interconnected and the idea is that next year a NAP is made up, to be part of Cabase network. "We were talking to the chamber and hope to be the first point of interconnection in the north", said Parra.
