Speedy, the ADSL band service that Telefónica CTC renders in the whole country, presented, among other offers, Speedy 4Mb, a kind of access that provides 4,096 Kb connectivity for downloads and 152 Kb for uploads. Telefónica CTC has an availability of 88% in its lines to provide broad band services.
