Telefónica CTC launched new plans for its ADSL Speedy service

The incumbent has presented a series of flexible plans that include fixed telephony services together with ADSL for small and medium companies and residential customers. Speedy, the ADSL band service that Telefónica CTC renders in the whole country, presented, among other offers, Speedy 4Mb, a kind of access that provides  4,096 Kb connectivity for downloads and 152 Kb for uploads. Telefónica CTC has an availability of 88% in its lines to provide broad band services.
