Enacom to test White Spaces’ technology in Mendoza with Microsoft’s equiptment

The regulator confirmed to Convergencialatina that the agreement signed with Microsoft last year to test White Spaces technology will be launched in August . It will be in a locality of Mendoza. The goal is to connect a school. Enacom will operate the equipment that Microsoft provides and Arsat will be responsible for providing the connectivity.
