Turner games streaming platform will add an app for Smart TVs and regional titles

GLOUD allows access to a catalog of 50 video games in streaming from Windows or Mac computers, for a monthly subscription of US$ 11.20. Lionel Zajdweber, director of Gaming and Innovation in the area of Entrepreneurship and Digital Innovation of Turner International, explained to Convergencialatina that "the goal of GLOUD was to reduce barriers to entry to high-end games, as this platform replaces consoles and prevents expenses in video games, or allocate the user's time to download and install titles." Turner prepares the landing of GLOUD in an app for Smart TVs, while the mobile device is only intended as a second window, since video games need large screens for their consumption. In addition, they will add titles of Latin American developers: today the catalog is basically nourished by games of great publishers, besides some of Turner and, soon, of Cartoon Network.
