The idea is to connect, through the Antel videoconferencing and training rooms, trained people who are in the interior of the country and have a space to develop their projects. The President of Cuit (Uruguayan Chamber of Information Technologies), Leonardo Loureiro, explained that the objective is for large or medium-sized technology companies based in Montevideo "to createl a development team led by a specialist in a city of the interior." From the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining, officials recalled that the technological sector has zero unemployment and wages 27% above the average.
