Comcast bid US$ 34 billion to purchase Sky

Comcast submitted an offer of US$ 34 billion to buy the Sky media group and surpassed the 21 Century Fox proposal. Comcast obtained the approval of the United States, Austria, Germany and Italy to carry out the operation and estimates to finalize it before October this year.
