The workforce became 90% in households: technology exists but processes and culture are lacking

An estimated 20% of employees were already teleworking prior to the coronavirus outbreak, an average of one or two days per week. The forced overturn to homes forced tool providers to think about upgrades to workspaces with families in quarantine.
