SIC evaluates compliance of data protection on Covid-19 official apps

The Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) is monitoring compliance with data protection in the various applications that have come out to monitor the expansion of Covid-19 in cities. These are CoronApp, Medellín Me Cuida, CaliValleCorona and Gabo, in order to verify if they comply with the appropriate policies. The entity indicated that if they find disciplinary responsibilities, as they are public entities, any finding will be forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General.
