Only three provinces said they had the possibility of carrying out "synchronous" classes, that is, group videoconferences, in public schools, according to a report for the Argentine Observatory for Education: Chubut, La Pampa and Santa Fe. From the Buenos Aires city government officials affirmed that they have implemented the system this month, but the author of the report assures that "that it did not reach the schools."
