Ufinet, Infinera, Artic and GTD confirm their speakers for Carriers Map Day

They will participate in the panel: The impact of new traffic circulation on land backbones (El impacto de la nueva circulación del tráfico en backbones terrestres, in Spanish), on September 24 at the virtual event organized by Convergencialatina. The speakers are: Alejandro Vargas, Commercial Manager Argentina-Chile-Paraguay-Partner Program at Ufinet; Andrés Madero, CTO, Latin America and the Caribbean of Infinera; Raúl Andrés Fleman, Commercial Manager for Latin America at Artic; and Ignacio Larraín, Manager of Infrastructure Strategy and Wholesale Segment of GTD Chile.

In addition to the aforementioned companies, executives from Globenet, EllaLink, Telecomunicaciones Gran Caribe, Silica Networks, Sparkle, PCCW, Cable & Wireless Communications, Padtec and Ciena will be part of these discussions.

There are already 24 agreements between satellite and mobile operators to provide sat-to-phone service
