In second place would be Carlos Mesa from Comunidad Ciudadana (CC) with 31.5% and Luis Fernando Camacho from Creemos in third with 14.1%. This provisional result was ratified by President Jeanine Áñez, who congratulated MAS candidates Luis Arce and David Choquehuanca for their victory in the first round of this Sunday's general elections.
