TIM CEO Pietro Labriola announced that the transaction for the sale of Oi Móvil to the consortium made up of Claro, TIM and Vivo, could be completed before the end of this year, by mid-December.
However, Labriola clarified that although the wish of the buyers is to speed up the process, “unfortunately, time planning is not defined by us, but we would speed it up. But we are optimistic because it would be possible in mid-December ”.
