The head of Oi, Rodrigo Abreu, pointed out that the completion of the sales of Oi Móvil and InfraCo could only occur in 2022, which is why that year is considered a transition year for the company and the positive results will occur in 2023.
Abreu pointed out that investigations by regulatory agencies may delay the completion of these transactions and there is already a certain delay in the Consejo Administrativo de Defensa Económica (CADE) (Administrative Council for Economic Defense).
