Sandra Torres, former president of Negociado de Telecomunicaciones (NET), will face trial on three charges in relation to violations of the Criminal Code and the Government Ethics Code, as determined by Judge Alexandra Rivera Sáenz on the second day of the preliminary hearing in this case.
