</p>

Finally, it was established that the spectrum tender for several bands, especially for 5G, will have a total collection of about US$9.364 billion, of which US$1.873 billion will go to the State coffers and the rest, about US$7.491 billion, will correspond to investments that the awardees must make to fulfill the commitments derived from the contest.

This value is 13% higher than that initially calculated by the Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (Anatel) (Telecom Regulator), due to the change in evaluation criteria determined by the Union Court of Accounts.
