5G Initiative submits request to challenge the spectrum tender

Regional providers grouped in the 5G Brazil Initiative submitted a request to challenge the 5G spectrum tender, considering that there is a lack of transparency in important points of the tender specifications, such as the detail of obligations of the winners, which makes it difficult for them to participate in the contest.

The request for the 5G Brazil Initiative was analyzed by the Bidding Commission created for the contest and was sent for the Director Council of the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel, in Spanish) to take a final resolution on the request.
