ViacomCBS to be majority shareholder of Fox TeleColombia

Today is the official announcement of the entry of ViacomCBS Networks International as a majority shareholder, which will make Colombia a regional hub in the creation of audiovisual content. Juan Carlos Acosta, director of the brand new division, indicated that “like any company that is part of the CBS family, this production company or studio will be able to provide its services. It is key to be able to use TeleColombia to feed Paramount+, and that not only means that it will be the production company, it is that the library can be evaluated and determine what we can bring in successful formats or what new programs we can do for our brands, such as a new movie for Nickelodeon”.
