Giganet to build a neutral network and its third data center in Córdoba

The company will lay an 80 km fiber network from Villa Carlos Paz on Route 38 to Cruz del Eje. The objective is to act in each town as a neutral wholesaler for ISPs, who will be able to provide service to the end customer. Giganet told Convergencia that the agreement with each ISP is for five years, with annual customer goals. If these objectives are not met, the network will be opened for others to join.

Regarding the data center, located in Carlos Paz, it will be completed in Q1 2022.

Giganet currently covers northern areas of Greater Buenos Aires with fiber optics, such as San Isidro, San Fernando, Zárate, Campana and, in the western area, Merlo, Moreno and the Western Access.
