The new dates of the three stages for fixed portability were agreed yesterday at a meeting of the Copon (Number Portability Committee) and the Copito (Portability Technical Committee). After the 120-day extension ordered by Enacom in January, the start date was set for July 25 in towns with area codes: 221, 223 and 387; on August 8, in another 20 locations that were defined; and on August 22 in AMBA and in the rest of the country.
