The regional operator Unifique announced the purchase of the Sygo Internet company, which is present in 65 cities in the South region and has 88,000 subscribers, for an amount of US$26.5 million.

Sygo Internet's valuation is actually US$44.5 million, but it has a significant level of liquid debt that must now be undertaken by Unifique. In this way, this operator based in Santa Catarina will increase its client base in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, to more than 150,000 clients.
