The virtual mobile operator Fluke announced the start of its services in the states of Maranhao, Mato Grosso do Sul, Piauí, Sergipe and Tocantins, adding 21 states throughout the country.
Fluke CEO, Marcos Oliveira Jr, pointed out that "we want to evolve together with the relationship of Brazilians with telephone services throughout the country, bringing quality and the best experience to the customer", adding that the goal is to reach all Brazilian states by the end of this year.
