Sky starts offering broadband through FiBrasil's neutral network

The pay TV company Sky announced the start of its offer of broadband connections for which it will use the neutral FiBrasil network, although not exclusively.

In principle, the initial offer will be in 70 cities and it is expected to reach a total of 170 by the end of this year. The current coverage does not include, for the moment, the main state capitals, except Manaus, Belém, Sao Luis and Teresina.

MinCiencia opens a public consultation for the Data Center Plan

Replies will be received until November 20. The plan is expected to be defined by the end of the first quarter of 2025. According to the ministry, there are some 20 data center projects to be installed in the Santiago area with a global investment of more than US$ 4 billion.
