Trilogy concluded sale of Viva to Balesia Technologies

The company Trilogy International Partners reported that in the second quarter of this year it concluded the sale of its 71.5% stake in Bolivia's NuevaTel PCS (Viva) to the company Balesia Technologies.

Peru-based company Balesia owns and operates cell towers and fiber infrastructure in Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru and Argentina. Upon completing this purchase, the company reported on the decision to install 600 additional sites in Bolivia, which are added to the 1,500 sites belonging to Viva
