Anatel to investigate Oi's sale of fixed telephony towers to Highline

The technical area of the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) informed that it started a detailed analysis of the sale operation of Oi's fixed telephony towers to Highline, an operation that took place last August for US$ 326 million.

The technicians decided to initiate this investigation because there are many assets involved in the operation and therefore it is necessary to carry out a study of risk management in the continuity of Oi's fixed telephony concession.
