Digicel is in talks to postpone US$ 925 million debt repayment

Digicel Group is in talks with investors to postpone repayment of debts totaling US$ 925 million due in March 2023, the Irish Times reported citing unnamed sources.

Digicel's net debt stood at US$ 4.2 billion at the end of September this year. Fitch warned that Digicel would not be able to pay this maturity without resorting to a "coercive exchange".
