Washington Melo, president of the Uruguayan Chamber of TV for Subscribers (CUTA), stated this in a panel dedicated to the Southern Cone at Nplay. Melo explained that neighboring SMEs are thinking of a role model, to focus on the last mile, complementing themselves with specialized strategic allies: "We serve customers well, with knowledge and good response capacity, but we need the technological support of an ally," he said.
