94% of schools connected to networks

94% of primary and secondary education institutions are connected to the telecommunications network, but only 58% of them have computers connected to the Internet for student use, according to the ICT Education survey conducted by CGI.br based on of 10,448 interviews.

Regarding the rural area, the work indicates that in 2022 around 85% of schools were connected, when in 2020 it only reached 52%. Of the total number of connected schools in that area, only 58% had devices and network connectivity for student use.
