"Artificial Intelligence is accessible," noted Jorge Racca, Innovation Manager at the Cooperative of Morteros. "We started applying it very timidly. We understand that there is no escape, and it is monetizable," he added during the panel dedicated to B2B opportunities at NPlay 2024. They use it to provide big data services, as well as for technical aspects in detecting cuts in the drinking water service.
On the other hand, Martín Pagano, General Manager of the Cooperative Telefónica de Pinamar, pointed out that ISPs have a lot of customer data stored. In this context, "AI plays an important role for those of us who build networks for monitoring. It predicts the errors that may arise."
Also participating in the same debate was the CX Manager of IPTEL, Eduardo de la Puppa, who emphasized one of the advantages ISPs have. "We have service vision and experience, which will be useful for developing AI as a business for the rest of the community."
