América Móvil announces that in November it will consolidate ClaroVTR operation

The CEO of América Móvil, Daniel Hajj, provided an overview of the company's situation in Chile, stating that the only remaining task is to consolidate that operation.

He explained that they have been updating their entire mobile network and making an agreement with the wholesale provider One-Net, in addition to having fiber in the country. He also mentioned that they are finalizing all the mergers they have with Liberty, stating, "We are in a great process in Chile, which we expect to close next year." The company will begin consolidating the operation in Chile in its results starting November 1.

América Móvil also reported that they are advancing in an agreement with SpaceX to connect to the company's network and offer its mobile services. An executive revealed that in Chile they are already using the agreement for "black hole" mobile service.
